Banish Someone to the Dark Woods!

Rules for the mortals:
1) You may not banish someone who is already in here.
2) You may banish up to three people per week total.
3) You may not banish anyone if you are already banished.
4) I can refuse a petition of banishment if I feel the subject has been banished too often in a short amount of time. I can petition for anyone's release.
5) You cannot banish any DO Owners.
